PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 ANY PARTY OVER THE AGE OF 3 ENTERING THE CLINIC IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK OR FACIAL COVERING.

When arriving at the clinic for a sick visit patients should remain in the vehicle and call the office to let us know you are here. We will come to your vehicle or call you and ask you and to come in when we are ready to begin the visit.
