PATIENT PORTAL

1. Go to http://www.SiliconMesa.com and click on the "Patient Portal" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

• Enter Facility Name: Little Steps Pediatrics

• Click the "Submit" button

 

2. You will be forwarded to the Patient Portal login screen

• Enter Username: 

• Enter Password: 

• Click the "Log In" button

 

3. On your first login, you will be asked to create a new password; something easy for you to remember.

• Create New Password: 

• Confirm New Password: 

• Click the "Log In" button
